The Department of Defense SkillBridge Program. Allows service members to depart active duty up to 180-days prior to their end of active duty service to work in industries such as yours. They continue to receive compensation from the military therefore you do not pay them.

Resume Generation

One of the most difficult portions of the employment process is having a resume that is appealing to Human Resource (HR) Professionals. In fact, most companies use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that screens resumes before they are viewed by HR.

Christopher J. Thomas is a strategic and thoughtful senior executive leader with over 20 years of experience emphasizing innovation and creativity in solving complex problems. He has proven superior success in developing and leading diverse talent acquisition teams that achieve outstanding results. Through human resource management concepts and innovative leadership methodologies he has delivered impactful results for managing large-scale organizations of several hundred personnel.

James Cabarrus

James is a Project Manager and Military Veteran with a Secret Security Clearance and over 22 years of experience in personnel and project management, policy development, and crisis mitigation.

He has extensive knowledge of a variety of HR functions including, employee relations, recruiting, training and development, conducting reference checks, logistics management, quality control, analysis, HR policies, and procedures. His career has provided experience performing tasks under short deadlines ensuring proper execution of duties with the utmost quality.

Additionally, he has provided mentorship, leadership, and training to a team of 300 personnel. Overall, he has a comprehensive background in leading projects, handling questions, interpreting and administering programs, and conflict resolution. On numerous occasions, he has been recognized for a reliable work ethic and a high level of professionalism.

James has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration.

His inspirational approach to leadership is based on the importance of fostering the potential in each individual to create a team climate of trust and confidence that is essential for a business to grow beyond its previous believed limitations.

Using inclusive team building and foreword thinking he has been a guiding force in leading a variety of organizations to reach their highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
