Collective resilience is a team’s ability to overcome adversity and then adapt and grow together because of that adversity. Resilient teams are the key to both individual and organizational resilience. Resilient teams are stronger together, and they make learning and change possible. This development program provides the knowledge and skills required to build and lead resilient teams in organizations of any size in any industry.
United States Air Force
Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) Program
Air Force COOL is a pathway for enlisted DAF members to earn industry recognized professional certifications, licenses to enhance their active-duty work, and to prepare them as they transition to the civilian job market.
As an Authorized Training Partner with the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP), Senior Non-Commissioned Officers in the Air Force may use our services to complete their Building & Leading Resilient Teams Program prior to sitting for any of the (3) RBLP series of exams.
Coast Guard
Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) Program
Coast Guardsmen can earn a leadership certification online no matter where they are stationed globally.
Coast Guardsmen can get reimbursed by Coast Guard COOL for the Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep training provided by Elite 9 Veteran Talent Acquisition Services, LLC and the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) certification exams.
Check with Coast Guard COOL to determine eligibility requirements.
Learn more about using the CG COOL Loan Program offered by Coast Guard Mutual Assistance. The Coast Guard Foundation offers Grants that can help pay for your exam prep training and certification exam.
Coast Guard units can use SF182 and the government charge card to pay for Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep training and the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) certification exams.
