Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) Program
Air Force COOL is a pathway for enlisted DAF members to earn industry recognized professional certifications, licenses to enhance their active-duty work, and to prepare them as they transition to the civilian job market.
As an Authorized Training Partner with the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP), Senior Non-Commissioned Officers in the Air Force may use our services to complete their Building & Leading Resilient Teams Program prior to sitting for any of the (3) RBLP series of exams.
