Christopher J. Thomas is a strategic and thoughtful senior executive leader with over 20 years of experience emphasizing innovation and creativity in solving complex problems. He has proven superior success in developing and leading diverse talent acquisition teams that achieve outstanding results. He has delivered impactful results in managing large-scale organizations of several hundred personnel through human resource management concepts and innovative leadership methodologies.

Christopher holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Additionally, he is a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer and a Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner.

Baron Fulford

Baron is a people-first based leader and teacher who has spent most of his life exploring and sharing ideas on adaptive leadership and positive organizational change management. His inspirational approach to leadership is based on the importance of fostering the potential in each individual to create a team climate of trust and confidence that is essential for a business to grow beyond its previously believed limitations. Using inclusive team building and foreword thinking, he has been a guiding force in leading various organizations to reach their highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

James Cabarrus 

Adjunct Instructor
Sergeant Major, U.S. Marine Corps (retired)

James is a Project Manager and Military Veteran with a Secret Security Clearance and over 22 years of experience in personnel and project management, policy development, and crisis mitigation. He has extensive knowledge of various HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, training and development, conducting reference checks, logistics management, quality control, analysis, HR policies, and procedures. His career has provided experience performing tasks under short deadlines ensuring the proper execution of duties with the utmost quality. Additionally, he has provided mentorship, leadership, and training to a team of 300 personnel. He has a comprehensive background in leading projects, handling questions, interpreting and administering programs, and conflict resolution. On numerous occasions, he has been recognized for his reliable work ethic and professionalism. James has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration.
