What are your terms and conditions?
All sales are final however we will work with our clients on a resolution that satisfies both parties. If the mistake was ours, we will accept full responsibility and make all efforts to remedy the problem or offer a refund.
How long is delivery for your products?
Items such as a DiSC profile printings will be mailed first class within 2-3 business days (actual arrival at your location is dependent upon the deliverer but please expect 3-5 days). Custom made items (shirts, pens, etc.) will typically arrival within 4-8 weeks however can be delayed depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer any discounts?
